By accessing or using the CRToday Currency Proxy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

CRToday Currency Proxy is a caching proxy service that aggregates currency exchange rate data from various third-party APIs. The Service is designed primarily for use with the CRToday WordPress plugin.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, integration with the CRToday WordPress plugin, development and testing of currency-related applications.

4. Prohibited Activities

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to overwhelm the Service with excessive requests
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Resell or redistribute the data without explicit permission

5. Rate Limiting

The Service may implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage and system stability.

6. Data Accuracy and Updates

Currency rate data is cached and updated periodically (every 5 minutes). The Service does not provide real-time data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
